 The Historic Bellefonte Cruise has grown into a much-anticipated Central Pennsylvania event attended by more than 10,000 people each year. Located in beautiful, historic, downtown Bellefonte, Pennsylvania, this three day event is always over Fathers Day weekend which falls this year June 15th, 16th, and 17th 2012.
On Friday, June 15th, the streets will be open from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM for the public to "CRUISE" downtown Bellefonte -- just like it used to be!! Following this cruise there will be a "SOCK HOP" from 8:00 PM until 11:00 PM with the Central PA group "Your Dad's Friends" on hand to play your favorite 50's and 60's hits live. After “YOUR DAD’S FRIENDS” the Hounds of Soul , a 9-piece rock, soul, rhythm & blues, funk, Central PA based band will take over playing late 60’s through 70’s classic rock and roll live from the stage in front of the Court House - it will be double the fun.
Also, the HOOLA HOOP CONTEST will be back due to popular demand. Bring your dancing shoes, swingin’ hips, and be ready to dance and enjoy the music! 50’s and 60’s attire is appropriate although optional Daddy-O.

Date: Saturday, June 16, 2012
- Location: Downtown Bellefonte, PA.
- Set up will begin at 7:00 am.
- Registration will be from 7:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon
- First 500 registrants will receive a dash plaque.
- Vehicles will be on display until 5:00 p.m.
- Cruise Parking Staff will direct the parking of the show entrants. As soon as your vehicle is parked, Parking Staff will give you (the driver) a card that indicates the Zone where you are parked.
- You MUST have your Zone Card, proof of current insurance and current vehicle registration with you to register your vehicle for the show.
During the day of the Car Show drinks will be brought around throughout the day. Registered entrants will receive tickets for 2 free drinks. Non entrants can purchase drinks for only $1.00.
IMPORTANT REMINDER - To be eligible to register in the Car Show you MUST bring proof of current insurance, a current vehicle registration and the Zone Card that the Cruise Parking Staff will give your when you arrive and are parked. Bring your Zone Card, current insurance and registration to the registration table with you. You cannot register without them.
After the awards ceremony is completed, the streets will be opened only to the registered show cars for the parade (Cruise) of show vehicles. If you will not be Crusing your show car but would like to stay to observe, please parallel park your vehicle at the curb. The Cruise Parade will last 1 hour after the awards ceremony is completed.
